What is bubble tea?
Bubble Tea is a cold milk drink served with various toppings, primarily tapioca pearls.
Is it boba tea or bubble tea?
Many new customers often ask if boba tea and bubble tea are the same; Yes boba tea or bubble tea refers to the same drink and both the terms can be used interchangeably.
What are tapioca pearls?
Tapioca Pearls are made of tapioca flour which comes from the cassava plant. It is a starchy, chewy textured bubble that is traditionally served with bubble tea.
Do you have other topping options?
Currently, we offer tapioca pearls, coconut jelly, pudding, crystal boba & popping pearls. Please ask our bobarista for recommendations!
What would you recommend to a first timer?
Everyone has their own palette, please pick something you're familiar with already and we're sure you'll like it.
Do you have vegan options? What alternative milk do you use?
Yes, we have a variety of vegan options. From water and soda-based drinks to vegan milk alternatives, you can customize the drink in your own way.
What is your signature flavour?
Our signature flavor is Caramel Silk, which is our own version of the very popular Brown Sugar Boba.
Where can I get cute cups for my boba?
We sell cute cups especially made for our ducklings.
Where can I get sustainable boba straws?
You can purchase the stainless steel boba straw with a cleaner set on our website and in our stores as well.
How many calories are in your drinks?
The calories in our drinks vary from 99kcal to 408kcal.
Do you have caffeine free drinks?
Yes, please ask our bobarista for recommendations.

Is there parking near the store?
Yes. Parking is available.
Which is the nearest metro station?
Please refer to our Stores page to find the nearest metro station to reach a Silly Duck store.
Is your store pet friendly?
We love all your pets but due to less space and insufficient facilities, we are currently not pet friendly.
Are we allowed to smoke/juul/vape in your store?
No.
What are your opening hours and opening days?
Our general hours are from 9AM to 11PM, open every day of the week. For more specific store-wise timings please refer to our Stores page.

How do I track my order?
You'll receive messages on your whatsapp for each step until the order is delivered to your doorstep.
I'm missing some items from my order?
In the unlikely event you've receive a wrong item or the wrong order, or your order is damaged in any way, please contact us with the following information and we'll get it sorted;
- Your order number
- The name of the item you didn't receive
- A photo of the bag with rest of the items intact.
I've received a different item to what I ordered?
In the unlikely event you've receive a wrong item or the wrong order, or your order is damaged in any way, please contact us with the following information and we'll get it sorted;
- Your order number
- The name of the item you didn't receive
- A photo and the name of the item you have received (if the wrong item has been recieved)
Can I cancel or make a change to my order?
Unfortunately, we’re unable to make any changes to your order once you've hit 'Place Order' at checkout, this includes:
- Changing the item or size
- Delivery/billing address
- Adding/removing items to your order
- Shipping method
I think my address is wrong on my order?
Input the incorrect address at checkout... Sadly, we can't change an address once we've initiated a pickup with the courier once the order is placed.
Please let us know ASAP, So that we can try to fix the mistake and help you to receive the order at the correct address.

What all payment options are available?
For online orders you can pay by Visa/ Amex/ MasterCard/ Ru Pay Debit/Credit Cards, UPI & Net Banking. While in-store you can also pay by cash.
Is COD available?
No unfortunately COD is unavailable.
Why am I receiving an error when trying to purchase?
Receiving an error code when trying to pay? We know, it's painful. In fact, it's almost as annoying as standing at the gym doors and not being able to get in because you forgot your pin...
On rare occasions, when trying to place an order you may get an error code. This is most likely relating to a payment issue, however they're not as scary as they may sound as they're usually just errors with your bank card/provider.
Please see below some of the more common payment error codes and their definitions;
2000 – DO NOT HONOUR - The customer's bank is unwilling to accept the transaction. The customer will need to contact their bank for more details regarding this generic decline.
2007 – NO ACCOUNT – The submitted card number is not on file with the card-issuing bank. The customer will need to contact their bank.
2015 – TRANSACTION NOT ALLOWED - The customer's bank is declining the transaction for unspecified reasons, possibly due to an issue with the card itself. They will need to contact their bank or use a different payment method.
3000 – PROCESSOR NETWORK UNAVAILABLE – This response means there is an error with our payment gateway, but don’t worry, we’ll let you know of any issues and let you know once it’s fixed.
Is my money safe?
Silly Duck store uses a Secured Payment Gateway / SSL Certificates to encrypt information passed to and from the website during registration and checkout. When placing an order, you can immediately check the security validity by clicking the padlock icon that appears in the URL line of your browser window when SSL is activated.
Are there any hidden charges?
No, Silly Duck believes in fair business and there are no hidden charges when shopping at Silly Duck.
